The Lester Group announced Clayton Mullins' promotion to general manager at Jim Carpenter Company, a building materials supplier in Fredericksburg, Va. 

According to an Oct. 15 company news release, Mullins' promotion recognizes his “significant contributions and dedication to the company” since joining in 2015. Since joining Jim Carpenter Company, Mullins has led the Installed Sales group, significantly contributing to the operations at both Jim Carpenter Company and Building Supply of Manassas.   

"Clayton's promotion is a testament to his hard work, expertise, and the high regard in which we hold his leadership qualities at The Lester Group," Jeff Faircloth, vice president of building supply at The Lester Group, said.
