Steel siding manufacturer Klauer Manufacturing Company announced the expansion of its sales team by adding four hires: Rebecca Nauman-Bailey, regional sales manager — Central; Mike Alfaro, regional sales manager - Eastern; Ryan Swan, territory manager; and Tim Hatcher, territory manager.
In a news release, Klauer Manufacturing said Nauman-Bailey joined Klauer six years ago when she was previously the customer service and strategic account manager. She wore many hats and collaborated with multiple departments to prepare her for this new role.
She’s a graduate of Columbia College with a bachelor’s in marketing. She is now regional sales manager - Central and directs a team of company and independent sales representatives. Her duties also include serving the manufactured housing industry.
Alfaro has 30 years in the building industry, including lumber, millwork, windows, doors, roofing, and now steel siding. He will focus on sales, business development, and directing a team of representatives to boost revenue and market share in the Eastern U.S. for Klauer.
Swan joins Klauer as territory manager for Montana, Wyoming and the Pacific Northwest, bringing a strong background in Territory Management for Therma-Tru Doors and Distribution Branch Management for Lansing Building Products to the company.
Hatcher began his career at Klauer in 1997 as part of the company’s SnoGo division for the now-historical rotary snow removal machine. After several years working in production, Hatcher was tabbed to fill an inside sales position to focus on Klauer’s K-Rib roofing and siding line.
Hatcher was promoted to purchasing coordinator, overseeing Klauer’s steel and aluminum inventory. He is now a territory manager, responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships in his assigned territories: Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
“As a family-run business, we are deeply committed to empowering our employees and investing in their professional development,” said Mike Igo, vice president of Klauer.
“We’re excited to see how talented individuals like Rebecca, Mike, Ryan and Tim will help us serve our customers with the same commitment to quality and service that has defined our family business for over 150 years,” he added.
