After a decade of service to the industry trade group NEMEON, Vice President Vic Anthony announced his retirement and will be succeeded by Scott Snowball, who had previously served as the organization’s director.

NEMEON is a purchasing cooperative comprised of over 120 independent roofing and siding distributors with more than 400 locations nationwide.

The news, announced in a Feb. 9 press release, expressed deep appreciation to Anthony for his “valuable contributions and unwavering commitment” to the organization's success, adding that his leadership helped the cooperative navigate challenges and celebrate numerous achievements.

Reflecting on his time with NEMEON, Anthony said, "It has been an honor to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking team; I am grateful for the experiences and relationships I've built over the past 10 years.”

The group also announced Snowball’s ascension as vice president and noted that he brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role, having been an integral part of the cooperative for several years, “demonstrating leadership and strategic vision” in his previous position.

"For every farewell is a new beginning, as we bid adieu to Vic Anthony, whose leadership has been a beacon of excellence,” President and CEO Dave O’Donnell said. “As we embark on a new chapter, we welcome Scott Snowball to step into the formidable shoes left behind. May the legacy of dedication and innovation continue to thrive, guiding us towards even greater heights."

The release concluded by citing the cooperative community’s sincere thanks to Anthony and congratulating Snowball on his promotion. The cooperative said it looks forward to a seamless transition and continued success under Snowball’s leadership.
