US LBM Acquires Colorado Window and Door Distributor, Installer
Distributor expands footprint, making beachhead in posh Summit County resort town

US LBM, the specialty building materials distributor, announced on Wednesday that it had acquired Gregory Door & Window, based in Breckenridge, Colo.
In a September 3 news release, US LMB said Gregory Door & Window, founded in 1998, provides a range of windows, doors and hardware, installation and customizing services to residential and commercial builders and remodelers in Denver and Summit, Grand, Eagle, Park, Lake, Pitkin and Chaffee Counties in Colorado.
The acquisition expands its specialty product and service offering throughout central Colorado, including the Denver metropolitan area and popular vacation destinations in the Rocky Mountains.
Including Gregory Door, US LBM now operates seven locations in the Rocky Mountain State, with building materials yards in Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, Edwards, Henderson and Woodland Park, and a structural component manufacturing plant in Colorado Springs.
