Thermo Offers Coating for BUR/MB

Thermo 404 is an SEBS modified emulsion that can extend the life of many existing BUR and modified bitumen roofing systems. It is a single-component, clay- stabilized asphalt emulsion base, modified with an SEBS polymer to yield a permanently elastomeric waterproofing compound for cold-process, built-up roofing. Thermo 404 is contractor friendly, waterborne and environmentally acceptable.
