The shoes are also water-resistant and have added padding for critical pressure areas. In addition, the shoes are speed laced, feature a multi-stitched support strap for maximum foot support and have a foam-padded collar and tongue. The boot comes with a stick-on, replaceable, all-purpose pad that will “get a grip” on all roofing surfaces, including metal, plywood, wood shakes, felt, slate and composition shingles. There are also replacement pads available specifically for shingle roofs (allow you to walk on a 12:12 pitch roof, wet or dry) and street wear.
