Leo Ruberto, owner and CEO of Feazel, is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of the Feazel brand. Feazel is a one - stop - shop for all home exterior needs including roofing, siding, gutters, and windows After an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, Leo Ruberto began his career in business in the commercial roofing industry. He worked on a national scale and developed a strong understanding of the roofing industry, leading to his executive career in contracting and roofing. Following a seasoned career in roofing sales, Ruberto purchased Feazel in 2013. He expanded the company to eleven total locations in Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Caroli, Tennessee, Virginia and Ohio including a newly built headquarters in Columbus.

In addition to geographical expansion, Ruberto has grown Feazel’s revenue by 3300% in his ten years at the helm and extended the products and services offered to include shingles, siding, windo, gutters and solar roofing options. Feazel has won several awards including being named as Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year by Roofing Contractor Magazine as well as one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work in Central Ohio by Columbus Business First .

Ruberto has also been honored as one of the 40 under 40 in Central Ohio. Ruberto is a successful business owner with a passion for giving back to the communities in which his businesses operate. Among many things, he is passionate about giving back to the youth and veterans in the community and devotes his time by serving on the boards for A Kid Again – Central Ohio, National Veterans Memorial and Museum and The Archie Griffin Scholarship Fund. Ruberto resides in New Albany, Ohio with his wife and four children.
