Peak Roofing Partners, an Exuma Capital Partners portfolio company, named Greg Stern, formerly a senior national sales trainer at Erie Home, a national residential roofing firm, as vice president of sales.
Stern will lead sales initiatives at Peak Roofing, develop growth plans, and manage the sales team expansion, according to a Dec. 16 news release and report to Peak founder Anthony Perera.
“Greg’s extensive experience in the roofing industry and his proven track record of developing successful sales teams gives us the confidence that he will elevate Peak Roofing to new heights,” Perera said. “His expertise in implementing effective sales processes and opening new locations aligns perfectly with our growth strategy and plans for future acquisitions.”
Stern previously served as a senior national sales trainer at Erie Home, a leading residential roofing company. At Erie, Peak Roofing says Stern was instrumental in opening about 30 locations across the East Coast, developing a sales curriculum and implementing effective sales processes.

Stern will develop replicable processes for future acquisitions in his new role and create an organizational structure that helps partners improve roofing sales and installations. He will lead the sales team at Action Roofing Services and work alongside a roof operations coordinator.
