Architectural Metal Systems (AMS) has been formed as a new business unit of MagnaTrax Corp. AMS was formed by combining the Roofing and Architectural Products division with Roofing and Architectural Systems, Portland, Tenn. The new organization, headquartered in Eufala, Ala., will provide expanded product and service support to all of Magnatrax’s buildings companies and their retrofit and new metal roofing customers throughout North America. These building companies include American Buildings Co., CBC Steel Buildings, Gulf States and Kirby.
