Tecta America Corp. announced that it has purchased the assets of Lavey Roofing Corp.

Tecta America Corp., Skokie, Ill., announced that it has purchased the assets of Lavey Roofing Corp., with operations in San Diego and Santa Ana, Calif. The acquisition brings the number of Tecta operations to 12, with 23 locations in total and more than 1,300 employees. Lavey was founded in 1980 as William H. Lavey Associates and has approximately 55 employees. The business will operate as Lavey Roofing Services Inc.
