Material types include steel, aluminum, copper and zinc and thickness ranges from 0.015 to 0.032 inch. The digital batch controller allows programming of up to 50 batches of roof panels with specified lengths and quantities. Each batch may contain an order for up to 999 panels of a specific length. Profile change-over is easily accomplished with coded tooling sets and dies.
