Johns Manville announced that its Roofing Systems Group has purchased a facility in Sulphur Springs, Texas, from HON Industries Inc.

Johns Manville, Denver, announced that its Roofing Systems Group has purchased a facility in Sulphur Springs, Texas, from HON Industries Inc. Johns Manville will use this location as a regional warehouse and distribution center. In addition, the company will manufacture polyisocyanurate foam for commercial/industrial roof insulation and residential sheathing products when the plant is fully operational. The new facility is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2001.
