Copper Sales Inc., Anoka, Minn., announced the acquisition of Delcoa Industries, Pompano Beach, Fla. It will now operate under the name CSI Delcoa Inc.

Delcoa, a manufacturer of high-performance architectural metal roof systems, has participated actively in Dade County requirements and wind-uplift testing. The combined product offering touts an impressive line of six high-performance systems rated for Dade County. The addition of a regional industry leader such as Delcoa will allow Copper sales to expand its customer service and product offerings to the roofing, sheet meal and glazing industries.
