Englert Inc., Perth Amboy, N.J., offers the Englert Multi-Panel Roll Former, a state-of-the-art roll-forming machine. On-site fabrication eliminates shipping damage, short shipments and many sizing errors, in addition to providing packaging and freight savings. The machine runs steel from 22 to 30 gauge, as well as copper, aluminum, terne coat and stainless steel. It has an infinitely variable full-cycle shear and can produce snap-lock, mechanical seam, T-panel, and ARMCO-style profiles. Clip relief and/or stiffening can be added to any panel profile. Striated paneling rollers are also available. A separate drive and form rollers, eliminates most oil canning. Hydraulic drive system and shear are electrically activated. Optional electronic computer control and electric sealant pump system are available.
