Seaman Corp., Wooster, Ohio, and Megaplast SA de CV of Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, jointly announced an agreement forming a strategic alliance that will significantly enhance the marketing and distribution of both companies’ high performance industrial fabric products.

Under the agreement, Megaplast becomes exclusive distributor for Seaman products in Mexico and also receives non-exclusive distribution rights throughout Central and South America. Seaman Corp., in turn, receives non-exclusive rights to distribute Megaplast products in the United States.
