Fi-Foil, Auburndale, Fla., offers two types of radiant barriers for metal roof applications – FSK Shield and RBI Shield. FSK Shield is a single-sided foil radiant barrier that is intended for use as an attic roof or wall radiant barrier and as a Class A insulation facing. It also can be used as a vapor barrier. RBI Shield is a radiant barrier that is comprised of a foil laminated to a 3/16-inch bubble with two options for facings: foil on both sides or foil on one side and white polyethylene on the other.
