Cierra Products announced the acquisition of Babcock-Davis Hatchways.

Cierra Products, Minneapolis, a leading manufacturer of access doors for walls and ceilings, today announced the acquisition of Babcock-Davis Hatchways, a privately held manufacturer of roof hatches, automatic smoke vents and floor hatches in the commercial construction market. Cierra plans to manufacture and supply Babcock-Davis products from its 50,000-square-foot engineering and production facility located in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
