MINNEAPOLIS-In February 2005, Graco Inc., based in Minneapolis, acquired Gusmer Corp., Lakewood, N.J. This combination establishes them as a leader in manufacturing spray equipment for applying polyurethane foam, polyurea, and other high-performance plural-component materials. The new Graco-Cusmer combines research and development, sales, marketing and manufacturing.
