2007 Charlie Raymond Award Presented to GAF Materials Corporation
WAYNE, N.J. - For the second year in a row, GAF Materials Corporation has received the Charlie Raymond Award for recruiting new members to the National Roofing Contractors Association. The annual award is named for former NRCA President and J.A. Piper Award Winner Charlie Raymond, and is awarded to both an individual member and manufacturer member that recruit the most new members during the previous year. The award was presented to Dave Harrison, Chief Marketing Officer of GAF Materials Corporation, at the NRCA Members Luncheon held in conjunction with the International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas. Since the inception of the award for manufacturer members in 2006, GAF has recruited 84 new members. In the first year, GAF recruited 50 new members, and in 2007 GAF recruited 34 new members.
