LAWRENCE, Kan. - The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) announced that Robert Swanda Jr. of Independent Roofing Co., Omaha, Neb., is the recipient of the association’s highest award. Swanda was presented with the James Q. McCawley Award at the MRCA National Conference on Nov. 13 in Grapevine, Texas.
Swanda was selected for the award for his dedication and outstanding service to the roofing industry. He has been in the roofing business since the 1970s and is vice president of Independent Roofing Co.
