Polyglass’ Polystick TU PLUS is a homogeneous rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane, fiberglass reinforced, with a high strength polyester fabric on the upper surface. Designed specifically for use as tile underlayment, membranes are manufactured using patented ADESO Dual-Compound Self-Adhered technologies, whereby a polymer modified asphalt compound is on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is on the bottom layer and may be exposed for 180 days. It is ideally suited for use where roofing tiles are installed via adhesive applications but can also be installed in mechanically attached systems as the rubberized asphalt seals around nails on the weathering surface.
