Development, Randy Ober, was recently honored with ASTM’s Distinguished
Leadership Award. The award was bestowed upon him by Dr. Walt Rossiter,
chairman of the ASTM Awards Committee, “in recognition of 20 years of
outstanding leadership and commitment” to ASTM Committee D08 on Roofing
Waterproofing.
