Richard Spanton Jr., founder and CEO of Mastercraft Exteriors Inc., announced that a new executive team has been formed to lead company operations in 2011 and beyond.  

Matt Spanton (in photo) has accepted the position of President of Mastercraft Exteriors and will be leading the new executive team. Matt's role of the past three years as Vice President of National Storm Operations has been integral to Mastercraft's continued success. Nine years ago, Matt started with Mastercraft as a sales rep and worked his way up to sales manager, general manager and vice president of the multi-million dollar organization. Matt has excelled at all aspects of his career and will bring to this new role the same enthusiasm, focus and experience that has shaped and molded him as an industry leader.  

Accepting the role of Vice President of National Storm Operations isBryan Becker. Bryan's 15 years of experience in the roofing and siding industry is just one of the many attributes that make him great for this new role. From his humble beginnings as a siding installer to managing upwards of 3,500 roofing jobs per year, Bryan has what it takes to lead a national sales and construction team for Mastercraft Exteriors. Bryan has been with Mastercraft Exteriors since 2005.

The new Vice President of Administration will be Mastercraft veteranMeredith Becker. Meredith has excelled at managing an industry-leading back office operation, assuming all positions from reception to insurance claim processing. Meredith has great tenacity and a willingness to get the job done, at all costs. For the past five years, Meredith has been the office manager and has led a team of seven employees at Mastercraft's national headquarters. Under her direction, the team has collected well over $100 million in accounts receivable during her tenure.
