RENO, Nev. – The Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA) named Travis Nelson of Brown Roofing Company, The Dalles, Ore., as its new president. The announcement was made during the 2011 Western Roofing Expo, held June 5-8 at the Peppermill Resort and Casino in Reno, Nev.
