EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Allied Building Products Corp. has announced that Senior Regional Manager Jake Walker has been promoted to oversee the newly formed Great Plains Region effective July 1.

In a continuing effort to streamline its regional structure, the new Great Plains Region will consist of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.

Walker joined Allied in 2003 and has been instrumental in the success of the company. He has achieved several notable accomplishments and continues to hold more progressively responsible roles including overseeing the Mountain and Lake Michigan Regions. His experience and expertise will serve him well as he leads Allied’s current business in the Great Plains Region along with developing its growth strategy going forward.

Derek Schuck will be reporting to Walker and will continue to leverage his many years of industry experience, local market knowledge and strong relationships in the new Great Plains Region.
