BELOIT, Wis. — ABC Supply Co. Inc.has acquired the distribution assets of Sellmore Industries, a distributor of steep-slope roofing, siding and windows with locations in Baltimore; Philadelphia; Buffalo, N.Y.; and Hagerstown, Md.
