ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Mary Michael has taken on the position of director of training for North American Roofing. At the director level for 17 years, Michael most recently provided leadership as executive director at the Flagship Branch for the YMCA of WNC (Reuter location). She has worked with partner organizations and CEOs of various companies developing strategic and financial plans, training development, community outreach and fundraising efforts.

“Michael will be responsible for further developing and organizing NARSI’s training and employee development programs, ensuring that all departments maintain the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which are vital to our organization’s excellent reputation for customer service and craftsmanship,” said Director of Human Resources Mary Kasunick. “Mary will work with all areas of the company to organize technical and specific skills training for new hires and current employees.”
