BELOIT, Wis. — ABC Supply Co. Inc. has promoted 20 branch managers from around the country to managing partner. This honor recognizes the highest level of achievement among the company’s branch managers and gives these managers a more prominent leadership role within the company.
To be selected for the ABC Supply Managing Partner program, the managers met stringent criteria in the areas of customer satisfaction, associate development, improvement in branch performance, safety compliance and excellence in overall business practices.
“These 20 managers have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a strong commitment to their teams, customers and communities; we are delighted to recognize them,” said Keith Rozolis, ABC Supply’s president and chief executive officer.
“Our branch managers are encouraged to think and act entrepreneurially, and those who rise to the level of managing partner are the best of the best,” Rozolis continued. “We value their wisdom and their insights, and they play a key role in helping to shape the initiatives that enable us to deliver more value to our customers and provide more opportunities for our associates.”

The new managing partners continue to oversee their respective branches while taking on additional responsibilities. They have become members of ABC Supply’s National Branch Advisory Board, which advises senior management on a wide range of topics, including strategic initiatives, technology, product development, operational improvements and future company policy.
