MILWAUKEE — Commercial roofing and construction company All-American Roofing has announced that recent expansion has driven the re-branding of the company into two separate divisions — Roofed Right America LLC and All-American Design & Construction LLC — which will be effective upon the official opening of its new 24,000-square-feet Milwaukee headquarters building near Mitchell International Airport this month. The company’s rapid growth is part of a regional expansion of both the services offered and the service reach of the company.
The roofing division, now titled Roofed Right America LLC, has increased its roof square footage completed from 400,000 square feet applied and seven employees in 2009 to now more than 2.5 Million square feet today, and has expanded its reach to a five-state area and its employee base to a gender and ethnically diverse group of 75 full-time employees.
“In expanding our market share footprint, we need a name that identifies the services we offer at each company,” CEO Ricardo Herrera said. “A company's name is part of its overall brand, and clients want specialization in a particular field; most want to use a roofing company for roofing projects and a construction company for commercial remodeling projects. We don't want to be held back by a constraining single name when we offer high-quality work at fair prices for our various service offerings.”
Additionally, the general construction division of the company, now called All-American Design & Construction LLC, has hired 23 additional staff members in the past two years, including three architectural designers and in-house carpentry and masonry crews, in order to expand its service offerings into complete construction projects including commercial office remodels, building additions and building facade revitalization.
The roofing division, now called Roofed Right America LLC, is projecting $15 Million in sales for fiscal year 2015 and the construction division, now called All-American Design & Construction LLC, is projecting $5 million in sales for fiscal year 2015. Combined, the two companies expect to add between 15-20 new jobs to Milwaukee in the coming year and look forward to expanding their positive economic impact in the surrounding community.
