WAIPAHU, Hawaii — Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Inc. (CRW) has promoted more employees as the company continues to expand its operations.
Jon Eugenio-Tulba has been promoted to lead gutter foreman and will be responsible for developing and establishing CRW’s expanding commercial, industrial and conventional gutter division, improving aesthetics and performance, while expanding the company’s capabilities to deliver full turnkey solutions for its customers. In his spare time, he loves to watch sports, and enjoys hip-hop music and spending time with his family in Waipahu.
Tedrol Lealao has been named operation projects assistant and will oversee the crews in the field, daily operations and project operations. He will also be responsible for the oversight and implementation of CRW’s safety protocols and procedures. He has been with the company for more than six years in field and supervisory positions. Lealao has one of the longest working relationships with the company’s owner, as it goes beyond the start of CRW to a previous roofing company that both were employed at. In his spare time, he loves to fish, fish and fish some more. He also loves to spend time with his three grandchildren and family, and resides in central Oahu.
Brandee Orozco was recently hired as the company’s new receptionist, and will represent the firm’s customer service and front office administration. Prior to joining the company she was working in the hotel and resorts food services industry, actively involved in the development and outreach of client support and customer services. In her spare time, she loves to spend quality time with the family and go for a good run.
