I have to fix major leaks on a 60 sq. foam roof that has elastomeric roof coating that has faded out so bad you see the yellow foam. Not only that but ponds water everywhere. I know that elastomeric will not work. I have been told about the 100% silicone products but not used them yet. Charleston WV is in driving distance is there a lucas dealer in the neighborhood?
