M-1from ChemLink is a universal adhesive/sealant formulated for many roofing applications including flashing repair, sealing coping and termination bars, and repairing leaks. It’s a polyether, so it reacts with moisture to cure. It’s effective on damp surfaces and can even be utilized in standing water for emergency leak repairs. It’s designed to adhere to most common construction materials, doesn’t shrink and applies down to 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
