(IMETCO) has acquired Martin Fireproofing Corp., a manufacturer of specialty metal roof deck systems with a strong reputation for performance in the building-envelope arena. The company will merge with IMETCO, and its products will continue to be sold under the Martin Fireproofing brand name.
