Wolfe sold his company in 2015 to Tecta America, the leading national commercial roofing company in the U.S., with over 50 locations and headquarters in Rosemont, Ill.

Wolfe is actively involved with his industry’s professional organizations, community groups and with his alma mater. He has served as the president of the NRCA Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress, the Roofers Mart of Central Pennsylvania, and the building Industries Exchange of Reading and Berks County, and has been a member of the Firestone National Contractor Advisory Committee. Wolfe is the director of the Maidencreek Fish & Game Club and served as a director of the South Mountain YMCA. He currently serves on the Seton Hall’s Stillman School’s Advisory Board. Gary has recently been named to Seton Hall University’s Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.

“Gary has been a wonderful leader in the industry for many years and built a terrific company. We are fortunate to have been able to work with Gary following our acquisition a little over a year ago. We look forward to continuing our close relationship with Gary for many years and wish him all the best in retirement”, said Mark Santacrose, Tecta America CEO.

“I’m very pleased to pass the baton off to a strong team of roofing professionals. I’d like to extend a big thank you to Mark Santacrose and Tecta America for providing a great opportunity for the current employees,” said Wolfe.

Tecta also announces that Jeffrey Koller will be named president of Tecta’s Wolfe operation beginning in January. Koller has been a senior project manager/estimator at Wolfe for 9 years. “Jeff will do a terrific job leading the company following Gary’s retirement”, said Santacrose. “He has big shoes to fill but he has a great team around him and we are confident he is ready to take on this challenge.”

“In the last 9 years working for Wolfe Roofing, Gary has taught me several important fundamentals to running a successful and profitable business, including, the three most important assets in your company are your employees, customers and suppliers,” said Koller.

Wolfe Roofing is a 42 year old, roofing and sheet metal company. The company has a reputation for exceptional service, professionalism and superior quality in the roofing industry.
