TOWSON, Md. — DeWalt announces the new 23Ga. Pin Nailer, a product designed to address common user frustrations associated with other pin nailers.
Setting 5/8-inch to 2-inch nails recessed into oak with the power and adaptability to deliver professional results, this is the ideal tool to fasten materials while keeping nail visibility to a minimum.
Featuring the world’s first 23Ga. Pin Nailer with tool-free jam release mechanism, the DeWalt 23Ga. Pin Nailer quickly and easily clears jammed nails. Also equipped with tool-free depth adjustment, the 23Ga. Pin Nailer allows for quick adjustment of the nail depth for proper nail setting.
A durable, oil-free motor helps to keep work surfaces free of oil stains. In addition, the low nail lockout feature of this nailer alerts the user that it’s time to reload, preventing unwanted marks on the work surface. The low nail lockout feature also includes a bypass mechanism that drives the remaining nails in the magazine. Finally, a reversible belt hook offers a variety of carrying options.
For decorative molding, kitchen crown molding, miter returns, shoe molding, and raised panel doors, it offers an easy-to-use option for finish carpenters, cabinet makers, furniture builders, remodelers, and general contractors. The 23Ga. Pin Nailer weighs 2.5 pounds., has a magazine capacity of 135 pins, and is 8.8 inches tall, 9.2 inches long, and 2.7 inches wide. It features a dual-trigger and operates at a pressure of 70 to 100 PSI (pounds per square inch).
Available this fall where DeWalt products are sold for $149 MSRP, the kit will include a ¼-inch fitting, a carrying case, and two no-mar tips. It will come with a seven-year limited warranty, one-year free service contract and 90-day money-back guarantee.
