The buildings had suffered extreme hail, water and wind damage from a severe hail storm in April, 2015.
"With over 20 years of experience specializing in commercial restoration and construction, we deal with many elements in Florida. As always, we're committed to property owner education and providing multiple options throughout their project. We offer sustainable, durable, weather-resistant roofing solutions that withstand our intense storm seasons, while also cutting down on energy costs," says Stephen Shanton, president of Venture Construction Group of Florida.
VCGFL provided a detailed property inspection and utilized 4K/HD drone mapping to detect the wind, hail and water damage. Drone inspections provide high level assessment and scope of repairs, as well as accurate high definition photos for documentation required in insurance restoration. VCGFL utilized TPO coating to help Windjammer save on energy costs and ensure a long- life roofing system that will withstand Florida weather for years to come. TPO reflects the heat well in Florida sun. The construction team managed numerous challenges throughout the nine-month project including strict safety in a high traffic setting with minimal interruption to onsite residents, golfers and visitors.
