ADEL, Iowa — Inland Coatings Holdings has acquired privately-held TRUCO Inc. from the Hoskins family.
TRUCO is a leading U.S. manufacturer of elastomeric rubber and acrylic roof coatings. Inland Coatings— a portfolio company of Midwest Growth Partners — provides value-added commercial building and industrial coating solutions across North America. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
On a combined basis, Inland and TRUCO represent 80 years of experience in domestic coatings manufacturing.

Inland Coatings, founded in 1978, is headquartered in Adel, IA, where full production capabilities are located. It is a leading coatings manufacturer for the commercial roof, agriculture, and industrial markets.
