CLEVELAND — The Garland Co. has renewed their ISO certification through the year 2021.
The company said its focus on quality control is passed on to customers through reduced liability, continual improvement of products and services, along with long-term solutions that will stand the test of time.
ISO 9001 monitors Garland’s ability to consistently meet pre-established standards for quality in research, production, quality control, and services related to our roofing products, and it is the worldwide standard for quality system excellence. The company currently holds an ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The ISO 9000 family addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
