MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired AAC Building Materials of Asheville, N.C.

AAC Building materials is an independently owned distributor of roofing products & accessories, siding, windows, doors, and other complementary products.

Headquartered in Asheville, AAC Building Materials was founded in 1959 and currently employs a team of 25 people.

To ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees, and supplier partners of AAC, co-owners Bob and Lori Harrison as well as the rest of the AAC team will be staying with the company to run the operation.

Dan Tinker, president and CEO of SRS Distribution, said, “We are thrilled to be entering the Asheville market through our new partnership with AAC Building Materials.
