MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired Roofing Products & Building Supply, an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories, siding, and brick.
Roofing Products is headquartered in Jefferson, La. and maintains additional locations in Baton Rouge, Covington, and Houma, La.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Roofing Products & Building Supply was founded in 1958 and currently employs a team of over 45 people.
To ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees, and supplier partners of Roofing Products, Vincent Saia, Danny Bordelon, and Josh Romig, as well as the entire sales and operations team will be staying with the company to run the branches going forward.
SRS will continue to operate these roofing-focused branches under the Roofing Products brand alongside the broader building products-focused Advanced Building Products locations.

SRS recently announced the opening of several new locations in the southeast U.S. Additionally, the company recently announced the acquisition of AAC Building Materials of Asheville, N.C.
