Today, the company employs 42 year-round employees and consistently offers scholarships through a dedicated program. “I am honored and humbled that Horch Roofing has grown so much that I can now ‘pay it forward’ to the community,” said Horch, who attended Waldo County Technical Center in high school prior to starting his business. “I want local young people to feel encouraged in their pursuit of a trade career. These scholarships are just a small way for Horch Roofing to show that we support their career goals and their future.”
