ANDOVER, Mass. — ICP Building Solutions Group has named Jay Doubman its new division president, expanding the company’s leadership team as it pursues ongoing growth as a global leader in innovative professional products and solutions.
Doubman has more than 25 years of experience in roles spanning business strategy, commercial and operational excellence, finance and marketing. He has held president and management roles at other major organizations, leading businesses and operations in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Doubman will be based out of ICP Building Solutions Group’s Andover, Mass., office.

Doubman joins ICP from Cabot Corporation, a specialty chemicals and performance materials company, where he spent over ten years driving significant growth in shareholder value. Prior to Cabot, Doubman held leadership positions at CertainTeed, a building materials company.

Doubman earned his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has a bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering from Bucknell University.
