CLEVELAND — Legacy Roofing Services is expecting to close the year showing significant growth in both its workforce and annual gross revenue. During the course of 2020, the company grew its full-time workforce by 24% and its annual revenue for 2020 will increase 25% compared with 2019.
Since January, the company has added several new positions to its workforce across all areas, including account services, marketing, business development, production, finance, commercial crews and also hired a chief talent officer to oversee the management and development of its employees.
Legacy Roofing Services has consistently been included and risen on top industry and business rankings, including Roofing Contractor magazine’s annual Top 100 Roofing Contractors as well as Crain’s Cleveland Business ranking of the Largest Privately Held Companies.
“A very dedicated staff combined with incredibly loyal customers has enabled us to show significant growth during a very challenging year,” said Brian Kruse, CEO of Legacy Roofing Services. “Throughout this entire year we have kept our focus on maintaining a high standard of work and providing customers with solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.”
In July, Legacy Roofing signed an agreement to be the preferred roofing partner of the Cleveland Indians for three seasons. The sponsorship agreement included Legacy Roofing branding behind home plate in Progressive Field as well as radio spots on Newsradio WTAM 1100 during game coverage with legendary Cleveland broadcasters Tom Hamilton and Jim Rosenhaus. The three-year deal included a variety of advertising and marketing during the 60-game 2020 season, with additional opportunities in 2021 and 2022 once normal schedules and activities resume.
Legacy Roofing Services has also expanded its services to include a standalone fall prevention and safety protection service.
