SAGINAW, Mich. — Duro-Last Inc. announced the promotion of multiple members within their leadership team.
Jill Lynch now serves as the senior vice president of human resources, Mike Tracey now serves as the senior vice president of operations, and Steve Ruth now serves as the senior vice president of sales operations. Additionally, Jason Dark and Brian Regnier have each been promoted to vice president of sales, Katie Grantham now serves as director of customer service, Erica Farver has accepted the position of senior business manager, and Kevin Blaesser now serves as director of sales operations.

Lynch has served as both the director and vice president of human resources for Duro-Last since 1999. Her leadership, dedication to employee engagement, and strong community ties have helped Duro-Last grow into an employer of choice throughout Michigan and across the country.
Tracey joined Duro-Last in 2017 as the director of continuous improvement and most recently served as the vice president of operations. Through his leadership and ingenuity, operational efficiencies and production for Duro-Last continue to grow; ensuring timely, quality solutions for customers.
Ruth has been a member of the Duro-Last team since 1986, starting in production and working his way up to a variety of sales and leadership roles, most recently serving as the vice president of sales operations. Over the years, Ruth has been instrumental in the development of groundbreaking roofing products and guided the impressive growth of Duro-Last through insightful sales initiatives.
Dark has served as Duro-Last’s national sales manager for the past seven years and has fueled the leadership and energy for the entire sales organization. Dark will continue to be responsible for sales throughout the Midwest, as well as the management of sales leads and growing National Account Business opportunities.
Regnier joined Duro-Last in 2015, and, as director of northeast sales, has led Duro-Last’s growth efforts throughout the Northeast following the opening of the Ludlow, Mass. facility. In his new role, Regnier will continue to develop Duro-Last business in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, as well as assist in the further growth of insulation products and EXCEPTIONAL® Metals.
Grantham has been with Duro-Last in many different customer-supporting roles over the past fourteen years, most recently serving as a manager for the customer service team. Her can-do spirit and commitment to high-quality customer care have been at the forefront of many strategic initiatives, making her the ideal person to lead customer service activities throughout the company.
Farver joined Duro-Last over 10 years ago and has led the growth and innovation of products through a variety of roles, most recently as a senior product manager. Her technical knowledge combined with her passion to provide contractors with problem-solving products continues to drive Duro-Last’s groundbreaking product innovation efforts. In this new role, Farver will continue to oversee and focus on new product development for Duro-Last.
Blaesser joined Duro-Last in 2016, taking on multiple customer service and sales responsibilities over the years. Most recently, Blaesser has successfully led the impressive growth of both the Insulation Department and Service Center. He will continue to focus his efforts on developing insulation business and cooperative purchasing sales, as well as National Accounts and Service Center operations.
