SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Roofing management platform Roof Chief has been acquired by a new management group led by technology veteran Brian Kuske. Kuske will assume the role of CEO, effective immediately. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Roof Chief was launched in 2013 and since has become a go-to solution for roofing contractors to better manage their daily workflow from lead to invoice, helping streamline the process for their team and using intelligent automation to create customized and accurate project proposals, cost analysis, and material ordering. The all-in-one solution has grown impressively in the last eight years and the new acquisition is expected to accelerate their growth.
“Roof Chief is designed to help roofing contractors manage the daily chaos and focus on what they do best, serving their customers with excellent service and competitive pricing,” said Kuske, CEO of Roof Chief. “Our focus will continue to be empowering roofing contractors across the country to have one central hub to manage their business, gain insights, and drive more profitability.”
The new management team will focus on accelerating innovation and developing new feature sets for current and future platform users.
“Today, roofing contractors see positive ROI from day one when using the Roof Chief platform with our thorough and intelligent project estimator and material ordering tools,” said Kuske. “Although that is a great impact, we are just getting started and excited to develop even more impactful features for our users, exploring the impact the AI and Machine Learning can have to accelerate many steps in the day-to-day of the job.”
