FORT MYERS, Fla. — CFS Roofing Services has promoted James Admire to operations manager and John Caron to senior project manager. The two have already started in their new positions.
In his previous role, Admire was a slope division manager responsible for all CFS Roofing Services slope roofing, which included new construction and reroof. In his new role as operations manager, Admire will manage the scheduling, installation, and completion of slope, low slope, and metal roofing. Admire graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has been with CFS Roofing Services since 2015.
Caron previously was a low slope project manager responsible for CFS Roofing Services flat roofing, which included new construction and reroof. As a senior project manager, Caron will oversee the project management of all divisions except Service. Caron will manage the day-to-day administration of all division installations which includes, the slope, low slope, and metal. Before joining CFS Roofing in 2016, he served in the U.S. Army from 2008 until he retired in 2017. Caron completed both Basic and Advanced Leadership programs in the U.S. Army, received his Florida Roofing License in 2019, and is currently attending American Military University studying Business Management part-time.
