LEHI, Utah — JobNimbus announced that it ranked 377 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America, now in its 27th year.

JobNimbus grew 310% during this period. JobNimbus CEO Ben Hodson credits the use of Entrepreneurial Operating Systems and explosive growth business models, as well as a larger sales team, with the company’s revenue growth.

“In 2019 we changed our business model in response to some growth challenges that arose, and our whole organization exploded," said Hodson. "Growth increased rapidly and we had to increase the size of our sales team in order to manage the demand. Our team made all the difference in implementing these strategies. Being on the Fast 500 is a testament to how great our team is at responding to change.”

Paul Silverglate, vice chair, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology sector leader, said in the face of innumerable challenges resulting from the pandemic, the best and brightest were able to pivot, reinvent and transform and grow.

“Each year the Technology Fast 500 shines a light on leading innovators in technology and this year is no exception,” said Silverglate. “We celebrate the winning organizations and especially the talented employees driving their success.”

Christie Simons, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP and industry leader for technology, media and telecommunications within Deloitte’s audit & assurance practice, agreed that the pandemic underscored the need for tech solutions in a variety of areas across healthcare, energy tech, entertainment, and other industries provided by companies on this year's list.

“These companies are not only at the cutting edge, transforming the way we do business, but most importantly, recognize the strategic importance of ongoing innovation, especially in the ever-changing world of technology," said Simons.

Overall, 2021 Technology Fast 500 companies achieved revenue growth ranging from 212% to 87,037% from 2017 to 2020, with median growth of 521%.
