Despite legal challenges from multiple states and opposition from several industry associations around the country, the federal government intends to move forward with COVID-19 vaccination mandates for large employers.

The basis is on a health and safety argument pertaining to the pandemic, but there are several legal holes, says Cotney Attorneys & Consultants CEO Trent Cotney in this episode. Cotney breaks down what roofing contractors need to know including the key dates they should still have their eyes on.

“I haven’t seen anything this onerous put together in this short period of time on businesses,” Cotney said. “Until you get a definite decision, however, you should anticipate compliance.”
