Gulfeagle Supply Acquires Alder Warehouse and Sales, Inc.
With its latest branch opening in Cincinnati, Gulfeagle Supply has now placed a stake in Ohio. The supplier will serve Southern Ohio, Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky from its new branch.
TAMPA, Fla. — Gulfeagle Supply announces the acquisition of Adler Warehouse and Sales, Inc. located in Joliet, Ill. on the Southwest side of Chicago. The acquisition expands Gulfeagle’s presence to four branches across the greater Chicago market to better serve the contractor.
Adler Warehouse and Sales, Inc. was founded over 60 years ago. In 1984, the company was fully acquired by the Hart family. Adler’s success can be attributed to its commitment to its customers, which aligns with the Gulfeagle Core Values of accountability and relationships. Mike and Terry Hart will continue to run the Joliet branch under the Gulfeagle Supply name.
Gulfeagle Supply now operates four Illinois branches including Joliet, Chicago, Itasca and Elgin.
