BELOIT, Wis. — Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has announced that nine branch managers have assumed new positions at locations throughout the company’s West Region in the fourth quarter of 2021. 

Andrew Bindl has been named branch manager of the Denver location on Kearney Street, where he began his career with ABC Supply in 2012 as an inside sales associate. In 2015, he took on an outside sales role at ABC’s Colorado Springs location on Sierra Madre Street. Two years later, Bindl was promoted to manager and opened the company’s second Colorado Springs store at Akers Drive. He was promoted to managing partner in 2019 and in 2021 became a President’s Club member.

Michael Burgess has been promoted to branch manager of the Avondale, Ariz., location. Burgess began his career with ABC Supply 15 years ago at the Mesa, Ariz., location on South Beverly Street. In 2018, he joined the Phoenix location and was an integral part of the branch’s success.

Dennis DeBolt has been named branch manager at the Portland, Ore., location on Northeast Columbia Boulevard. DeBolt joined ABC Supply in 1995 as the manager of ABC Supply’s Des Moines, Iowa, location. Since then, he has managed locations in Fort Collins, Colo.; Las Vegas; and Santa Rosa, Calif. He’ll bring the skills he’s gained over the past 27 years to his new role and ensure his team is prepared to help area contractors build their businesses.

Jake Hayden has been promoted to branch manager of the Colorado Springs, Colo., location on Akers Drive. Hayden joined ABC Supply in 2012 as the warehouse lead at ABC Supply’s Kearney Street Denver branch. In 2013, he became the delivery services manager at the Aurora, Colo., location. Hayden helped launch the Colorado Springs location on Akers Drive in an outside sales position in 2017.

Andrew Matthews has been named branch manager of the Denver location on East 66th Avenue. Matthews joined ABC Supply in 2014 at the Jacksonville, Fla., location. In 2017, he moved to the West Region, where he opened and managed the Seattle location. As a result of Matthews’ success at the Seattle location, he went on to manage the company’s Portland, Ore., branch on Northeast Columbia Boulevard. 

Gary Moody has been promoted to branch manager of the Orange, Calif., location. Moody joined ABC Supply’s Manager Candidate Training Program in January 2020 at the company’s Riverside, Calif., location. 

Irving Nieves has been promoted to manager of the Chico, Calif., location. Nieves joined ABC Supply in 2019 at the Roseville, Calif., location as an inside sales associate. As manager of the Chico location, he’ll lead his team in helping contractors solve challenges they may face and continue to provide local contractors with the services and products they need to grow their businesses.

Michael Pirrami has been promoted to branch manager of the Colorado Springs, Colo., location on South Sierra Madre Street. Pirrami joined ABC Supply in 2011 as an outside salesperson in Denver. In 2014, he brought his skills and insight to another branch in Denver on Kearney Street. Pirrami will oversee daily operations and continue to propel company growth by leading associates to provide the expertise, tools and resources contractors need to tackle their jobs.

Matt Smith has been promoted to branch manager of the Greenville, N.C., location on Diamond Drive. Smith joined ABC Supply in 2019 at the Durham, N.C., location after working in the construction industry. Since joining the company, he has worked in nearly every branch role, including in the warehouse, as a driver and in sales. Smith will use his years of construction experience to guide associates in finding solutions to make contractors’ jobs easier and help them grow successful businesses.
